About the event
Join us at the Blue Hill Flora farm for a informative and fun couple of hours making your own unique dried bouquet.
Using beautiful dried flowers and foliage all grown on the farm and dried by Rhiannon during the summer months you will be taught the techniques needed to create your own bespoke dried flower bouquet. Dried flowers can be slightly more challenging to create a bouquet with due to the delicate dried nature of the material. Rhiannon will teach you all of her tips and tricks to create a beautiful display for a vase in your home.Â
Please note that dried flowers are not recommended to be placed long term in direct sunshine or somewhere they might get damp and go mouldy. These are beautiful indoor decor pieces that can last you many years and bring life and colour to your home.Â
You will also be taught how to wrap your flowers to protect them on the journey home.Â
You will each get a dried flower are card to take home, to help you look after your wreath so you can enjoy it for many years. Every bouquet and its wrapping is 100% compostable.
There will also be tea and home made cake provided so please let us know of any dietary requirements via email - bluehillflora@gmail.com
