About the event
Join us at Blue Hill Flora for a relaxing and mindful filled couple of hours making Dried Wreaths.
Using beautiful dried flowers and foliage all grown on the farm and dried by Rhiannon during the summer months you will be taught the twchniques needed to create your own bespoke dried flower wreath. You will start with a willow ring or heart as your base. These are all handmade by Rhiannon using willow grown on the farm. Ribbon or hessian will also be provided to add any finishing in touches to complete your wreath.Â
Please note that dried wreaths are not recommended to go on front doors or hung in outdoor locations where they might be in direct sunshine or get damp and go mouldy. These are beautiful indoor decor pieces that can last you many years and bring life and colour to your home.Â
You can do a full or half wreath as you wish.
You  will each get a Wreath Care Card to take home, to help you look after your wreath so you can enjoy it for many years. Every wreath is 100%  compostable.
There will also be tea and home made cake provided so please let us know of any dietary requirements via email - bluehillflora@gmail.com
The workshop is being held at Brynglas Farm, Heol las, SA84TR. Please bare in mind that the postcode takes you to the farm next door. You can download the What Three Words App for free and use the words nightlife.empire.noble which will then bring you straight to our front door.
We do have dogs at the farm so please let me know if you would prefer me to keep them indoors.
