Christmas Wreath Making at Blue Hill Flora
Join us at the farm for a cosy, festive few hours of creativity as you make your very own Christmas wreath.
We’ll guide you step by step, starting with a handmade willow ring crafted from willow grown right here on the farm. This is then layered with locally grown moss to keep your wreath looking fresh throughout the festive season.
From there, you’ll add bundles of beautiful foliage – pine, conifer, yew, holly, ivy and more – before finishing with natural decorations such as pinecones, berries, and dried flowers. If you’d like to add your own personal touch, feel free to bring along baubles or fairy lights and we’ll show you how to include them. You can choose to create either a full wreath or a stylish half wreath – the choice is yours.
Each wreath is almost entirely compostable (apart from the ribbon!) and you’ll also receive a Wreath Care Card so you can enjoy it for as long as possible. With just 10 places per workshop, you’ll have plenty of one-to-one guidance and the chance to learn a skill you can use year after year.
To make things extra festive, we’ll also have mulled wine and mince pies – please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.
