Collections Policy
Collection is the preferred option if possible and can be arranged for any day of the week.
A day/time must be arranged via email in advance.
Additional directions will also be sent to you at this time.
Delivery Policy
Delivery will be on the following Friday after you place your order.
A day/time will be confirmed via email in advance along with delivery address.
Delivery cost is based on the delivery postcode.
Postage Policy
We do a postal drop off once a week on a Thursday.
Your order will therefore be sent out on the following Thursday to when it was processed.
If your order is required by a specific date please make sure to include this in the comments or email us on rhiannon@bluehillflora.com as soon as possible.
Postage Items
e.g. Jewellery/ Dried Flowers Bunches, Mini Wreaths
All our orders are packaged without single use plastic.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products being delicate, fresh or wearable it is not possible to offer a refund or exchange once purchased.
